How do I reset my password?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and you'll receive instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, please contact your school administrator.
How do I verify a document?
Visit the Verify Portal and enter the Document ID, Admission Number, and Parent ID/Name as shown on the document. The system will verify the authenticity of the document.
Who can access the School Portal?
The School Portal is accessible to authorized school staff including administrators, teachers, and accounts personnel. Each user type has specific permissions and access levels appropriate to their role.
How do parents access student information?
Parents can log in to the Parent Portal using their credentials provided by the school. From there, they can view their children's academic progress, attendance records, fee statements, and communicate with teachers.
How do I make fee payments?
Fee payments can be made through M-Pesa or other payment methods supported by your school. Log in to your portal, navigate to the Fees section, and follow the payment instructions. You'll receive a confirmation once the payment is processed.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. All data is encrypted, and access is restricted based on user roles. We comply with data protection regulations and implement industry-standard security measures. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
